Business Development Executive

Requirements:
- Short-listed candidates will be stationed in Jakarta.
- Of the company.
- Self-encouraging for developing and expanding the market share
- Able to work under pressure and customer-oriented.
- Able to provide feedback on customers to the Department Head.
- Communicate well with clients and people from other departments.
- Fluent in English is a must
- Have good interpersonal, result-driven, strong communication, and negotiations skills
- Able to ensure monthly and yearly sales target are achieved by identifying and sources for new business opportunities.
- Has passion in initiating contact with new prospects to close new deals.
- Fresh graduates with flair entrepreneurship qualities will also be considered. Preferable experiences in direct selling or Multi Level Marketing.
- Degree / Diploma with at least 1 year experience in sales marketing.
- Incentive scheme involving achieving monthly sales target.
- Salary shall commensurate with related experiences with traveling allowances, etc
