Responsibilities:
- Advise the Property Manager/Property Owner about tenant issues and concern
- Prepare monthly report regarding all complaints/requests from tenant.
- Recommend changes to policies, programs and procedures.
- Maintain administrative procedures in order to ensure and effective and efficient office environment
- Maintain effective relationship with all tenants in order to ensure the aware of their rights and responsibilites.
Requirements:
- Computer literate in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
- Able to work both independently or in a team.
- Self motivated and proactive
- Resourceful and independent with excellent of a problem analytical skill
- Hardworking and trustworthy
- Posses a positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Must have great communication skills.
- Strong leadership background and must know how to handle problems quickly and efficiently.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in property consultant companies/projects with similar position (as a leader)
- Minimum holds a diploma or bachelor degree in public relation, communication or other related major with good results.
