Receptionist
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Other receptionist duties defined by superiors.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Organize conference and meeting room bookings
- Redirect any phone call enquiries to other members of staff who are in a position to assist with the enquiry.
- Provide detailed messages indicating caller identity, caller need and contact details to users,
- Manage the caller’s expectation on regards to return call time frames
- Promptly greet and identify needs of each incoming caller.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, as follows:
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Greet persons entering organization
- Direct persons to correct destination
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all time
Requirements:
- Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation.
- Ability to work in teams or independently with minimum supervision.
- Good English, both speaking and writing.
- Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks
- Good computer skills (MS Office 2007 of Word, Excel & Power Point).
- 1 year experience in similar field, but fresh graduate are welcome
- Minimum graduate Diploma degree from secretarial or office administration academy with minimum GPA of 2.8 (out of 4.0).
